Garden, I have a confession to make… I love wedding bouquets. I’m constantly “oohing” and “ahhing” over other bride’s bouquets. They’re just my thing.
My gorgeous bouquet made by the talented Natalie of Natalie Galasso Designs was made from freedom and black magic roses with wine calla lilies throughout. It was finished off with a black lace wrap around the stems. Love love love!

My bridal bouquet came out exactly how I envisioned it. Would anyone else like to share their bouquets? I’d love to see them!
I think one of my favorite parts to a wedding is the flowers and bouquets, I’m obsessed! I gave my floral designer pictures of what I was looking for in my bouquet, and she knocked it out of the park with hot pink and deep red roses and black cala lilies. I loved my floral bouquet so much that I’m having it preserved. Once I get that back (should be a couple of months), I will share with you the whole process!
Here’s a few of my bridal bouquet inspiration shots:
The bride’s bouquet seems to me to be one of the most complex choices she will have to make. Not only that, but there a fraction of the resources out there to help a bride with her bouquet as there are to help her find *the* dress. The bouquet has so many elements to it, also. Size, shape, type of flowers, cost, style, etc. And each of these relate directly to the bride’s dress, her venue, and her body shape. Personally, I am petite. And I love drama in all decorating elements. These two things could make me end with something like this if I am not careful;
Gadzooks! You can’t even see the bride behind the flowers! Not only that, all my bridesmaids are a good four inches taller than me. I can see the ceremony now, my tiny body hidden behind some amazonian spray of flowers, while my amazons of bridesmaids hold their lovely arrangements crooked in the bend of their elbow and smile for the camera.
After shaking of the horror of this scene, I spent some time on google looking up bouquet shapes. There are plenty to choose from.
