Hello all,I am Mum Bud! Soon to be married to Mum Dude. Yesterday, after telling him I had been selected to be a featured blogger he quickly responded with, “I am Mum Dude”? Ha. I guess it has a funny ring to it. So he has been walking around saying, “I am mum dude” in a British accent.
We are thrilled to be getting married! The big day is Sept 6, 2009 (Labor Day weekend)… post to come on to-do-a-holiday-weekend or not-to… stay tuned. Here is a brief synopsis of the wedding thus far:
Portland on my Uncle’s Vineyard (I attended my cousin’s wedding there in 1991 and have wanted to get married there ever since. We were hoping for a small-ish wedding, just sent out the save-the-dates – the final count was 336. Is that small? I think not. I have my dress and I adore it. Pics to come. I cannot wait to start sharing.
