Hi Friends! I can’t wait to follow up on my search for the perfect shoe. You may have seen me lusting over these in last week’s post. With the wonderful help of Pansy Bud and BB readers, I’ve realized that I can make this shoe thing happen.
For some reason, ‘dyed shoes’ conjures this image of 80′s proms and puffy sleeved bridesmaid dresses. Are you with me? So I dismissed that idea, and started searching far and wide for the perfect green-coloured satin shoe. Not easy! There are not a lot of green shoes out there to begin with – nevermind finding one with the perfect peep toe, heel height, and embellishments!

I found THE shoe. It was like the sky opened up and shone a ray of sunlight on them (or whatever the blog equivalent is). They are exactly what I’m looking for, but I can’t have them.

Unfortunately Nordstrom’s was unable to find this shoe for me, so I became pretty jealous of this bride.
Suddenly I find myself searching for the next best thing to this shoe, and I could use some help! I love the fact that you can search by colour on Zappos and Nordstrom’s websites, but I have yet to find the right pair.
My shoe list of ‘musts’ include a green colour, mid heel height (ceremony on grass), not too strappy, and under $200. Also, they must go with my recently purchased lace dress. Oh ya BTW I ordered a dress! Huge deal.
I want to hear from all of the colourful-shoe loving brides! Where did you find your perfect pair?
