I am most looking forward to “wow”ing everyone with a most untraditional wedding idea (ours is a completely vegan & eco-friendly wedding). Because we’ve been through so much controversy about it, I can’t wait to exceed our guests expectations & open their paradigms about how fantastic a cruelty-free/planet-friendly event can be!! :) Candy

I can’t wait to celebrate our wedding with 60 of our closest friends and family in Charleston in April. My fiance and I have been together for 6 years so we invited loved ones who have seen our relationship grow over the years and know us as a couple rather than just individuals. The wedding is to celebrate our union, but also to share it with the people who love and support us.

My Sister and Brother both passed away in March. So, to honor them I changed my wedding to a March wedding. I am most looking forward to giving my family something to be happy and joyous about at the one-year mark. It sounds sad, but it’s not to me. I’m so happy to take on the challenge of making everyone smile and laugh with my fun themed wedding. A photo booth, a candy table, a steel drummer (a tribute to me and my fiance’s Caribbean heritage) to play “The Bridal March” and even actors to hold up signs like “Ooooh” and “Ahhh” during the ceremony promises to be a big hoot.

    I can’t wait.

We got married 10 years ago with a real small ceremony of close friends and family. This year for our 10 year anniversary we will be reaffirming our vows to each other and God with a big beach themed ceremony followed by a reception. I can’t wait to see him in his tux or for him to see me in my wedding gown, i do believe we both will be crying. We are so excited and can’t wait until July 2010.

  31. Gretchen Says:

There’s so many exciting things to do when you’re planning a wedding-I had no clue where to go when I moved to Phili for graduate school and a year later was planning my wedding! Married now for 23 years, I found a way to make it easier for you and offer a delicious experience. The Bucks County Chocolate Show-yes there’s Vegan, Organic, Artisanal, Bakers and more..amazing is just one way to describe it. With your event in mind, there’s Vendors who know quality and want to talk about how to make their products for your special day. All in one place too-check it out. I hope this is ok to post-I’m trying to find a way to reach Brides who want to find high quality products with a unique flair. This venue and the Exquisite Taste Sessions would be a good fit and that it will make their life easier during the planning process.
