And for Atlanta brides who are interested in a chic alternative to large, impersonal bridal shows, I highly recommend The Not Wedding. They’re holding their second-ever event at the W Buckhead on April 5. Plumeria Dude and I attended their inaugural event at Opera in the fall, and we were bowled over by the carefully curated selection of vendors, the tasty food and drinks, and the “not wedding” they staged. The neat thing is that they had a bunch of different themes/styles represented– for each “bride”, there was a matching table complete with cake, floral arrangements and tabletop. The $25 fee is steep but you get an awesome gift bag and tons of freebies.
