JOCKEY Hi Waist Mini Shaper - No Panty Line Promise®
On my to-do list for this weekend was getting my bridesmatron dress altered, and when I tried it on I realized that the light color and clingy chiffon fabric combo of the dress made for some nasty panty lines. I needed something to keep the light from passing through the light fabric of my dress but a slip was too bunchy-looking. I tried a Flexees Thigh Slimmer but the material is similar to pantyhose and believe it or not the middle seem from those even showed through the dress! The dress has an empire waist, which meant that any smoothing power would need to span my entire mid-section. That’s why this JOCKEY shaper was perfect!! It’s a little hard to get on (by design – because it’s made to suck you in) but once I got it past my thighs it was smooth sailing from there. Those folks are not kidding when they promise you no panty lines, and compared to other products out there it’s pretty affordable! (Tip: I got mine at a local T.J. Maxx for just $9.99!) Just to give it a test run I wore it for about 7 hours today and it’s definitely something I think I can survive in for 12 hours of bridesmatron duty. :)
