Affordable Wedding Jewelry – How to Not Break the Bank |

I spent less than $17 (before tax) on my wedding jewelry. I knew I didn’t want to spend a ton and set out on an afternoon at the mall with a friend. After a fabulous lunch at California Pizza Kitchen we purchased a pair of earrings and a necklace at two stores.
My earrings were purchased at Ny & Co for around $3.50. They were buy one get one 50% off at the time. I also purchased a fabulous black neclace I had been eyeing and so was able to get the earrings for a steal.
Next we headed to Charming Charlie – which is a fabulous spot new to our local mall. They have bags, jewelry, clothes, etc… all arranged in the store according to color. If you have never been, I suggest you search for the nearest one and head there for some amazing bargains. My necklace was $12.99 and came with a pair of earrings (that I didn’t end up wearing).

Great bargain hunting! I didn’t end up wearing earrings (I completely forgot!) but I did wear a long string of lavender pearls. My parents had a box full of family pearls and my sisters (MOHs) and I each chose a string to wear for the wedding. My older sister chose a long white string and my younger sister a short choker. Not only was it budget savvy, but it was a nice way to include our family’s “jewels” into our wedding.

I LOVE Charming Charlie. They have a store in a mall close to where Lisa lives in Richmond. Such fun and funky jewelry at very affordable, almost cheap, prices. Glad you found something there. Your jewelry looks very nice on you.
