Shoes – Splurge or Save? |

So, I’ve never been a shoe diva. To be honest I do have a closet full of shoes. However, that is only because when I buy new shoes, I can’t bring myself to “toss” the old ones. Being a thrifty bride, I never imagined that I would spend too much on my wedding shoes. I normally cant justify more than $30 on a “good” pair of shoes. So the idea of “investing” in my bridal shoes was all but nonexistant. At least, this was my thinking up until about 24 hours ago when I spotted the most perfect shoe ever made. If a shoe was ever made specifically for myself, these would be them…
I was introduced to these lovely shoes while browsing my photographer friend’s portfolio. I saw them, and thought they were just amazing. “What’s so special about these pumps?” you might ask. Well let me tell you: pretty much they are the absolute perfect shade of purple. To top it off, these pretty peep-toe pumps, keep an elegant and classy style with just a touch of sexy. The ruching is really what gets me though; the way the fabric is ruched all around with the satiny back –*gasp*back-of-hand-press-to-forehead*– just perfect.
If you are a shoe diva, you probably already know from the red underbelly, that these beauts are Christian Louboutin. Unfortunately, the problem is two-fold: I have no idea where to find them, and I cannot nearly justify the pricetag. The second quandary really outweighs the first. In all practicality, I absolutely cannot justify spending so much (nearly 3x the cost of my wedding dress!) on a pair of shoes, so finding them, really isn’t so much of a problem as an excuse.
Regardless, half the fun of being a bride is dreaming, and I’m having fun fantasizing about wearing these on my big day.

Oh I really hate to do this to you… but as someone who also spent much more on my wedding shoes then I ever thought I would have (Blahniks on major sale, so no where near full price), I had to peak around the internet. Really hate to do this b/c I can tell you are torn, but if you want them to be yours, here the are for major discount (probably knock offs, but it’s still them)
