One Ring to Find Them |

So The E-Ring was on my 4th finger on my left hand… so the quest to cover His 4th left finger began! We first set off to Bailey, Banks, and Biddle to look at styles and get the Mister sized. We quickly discovered 2 things: he was a size 9 even, and he was also a picky Groom! So we were off… and we started our search at Etsy…

We went through exactly 38 pages (I counted) of Etsy looking at widely different styles of Men’s Wedding Bands. It felt like an elongated version of the Story of Goldilocks. What we learned I will summarize for you in bullet point format…
- NO SHINEY
- Two Toned
- Exactly, EXACTLY 6mm because 7mm seemed “too fat”
- The Mister loves Titanium
- Beveled Edges are a MUST
So after this escapade we took a break… only to find it 2 weeks later… THE BAND!

But wait! It was listed as a 7mm wide ring…. was all hope lost?! No, thankfully the description said it could be fully customized to the correct ring size and preferred width. PHEW! Did you have a picky groom like Cherry Dude?

My fiancé’s specifications were IDENTICAL to Cherry Dude’s. Down to a T! We even bought a “tester” titanium ring online to see what it looked like. To our dismay, we found that it looked a lot better in pictures than in “real life”. The ring started to scratch after a couple of days and now, merely a week later, it looks really beat up. I would suggest that you think about a darker white gold alloy, which was how we (after MUCH search) found that titanium look without compromising quality.

Sunflower Dude hasn’t given any specifications yet. BUT, I did buy him a “man-gagement” ring to wear from TitaniumKnights. I love it and I’m thinking that because it will be a surprise and because I picked it out personally for him, he’ll hopefully love it too

@Mary Thanks for the input, he hasn’t taken it for a test drive and so we didn’t know it distressed so easily. We will certainly keep that in mind! Would you mind sharing where you got your Mister’s Ring?

Hi Cherry Bud! He got the ring from Tanga.com (http://tanga.com/products/tanga-titanium-ring-w-three-grooves-and-ground-finish–2). They have lots of deals, if you check often you’ll end up finding a ring you like. His was only 10 dollars! A very good tester…
