Before the ceremony started, I headed back to the house with my brother to keep away from the soon-to-arrive guests. It was the calm before the storm.
I put my bouquet in a vase so it’d be fresh for the ceremony.
My precious niece Eloise, who served as my flower girl.
My mother sees me for the first time.
In the meantime, guests started to filter in.
