Once I had the dress on, it was time to go outside and shoot some bridal portraits. Plumeria Dude and I decided to do all of our photographs before the ceremony so that we could spend more time with our guests during the reception. Neither of us are particularly superstitious, and it was really nice to hang out with him. I still had butterflies before the ceremony itself!
You can see the buttons a bit better from here. Also, my bouquet!
I love this one– shot on a little pier off to the side. That sky and water!
You can see how windy it was that day! My dress was billowing like a flag. The flowers on the palm tree mark the ceremony site.
Getting a little out of control!
Plumeria Sister-in-Law helps put on my great-grandmother’s necklace, my something old. I had left it in a bag that Plumeria Dude took to the hotel, whoops.
I love the colors of the water in this one.
Next up: Plumeria Dude sees me dolled up for the first time!
