OUR Stylish Polaroid Guestbook: Part 1 |

One thing was for sure when it came to the details of our wedding! We wanted to have an Adesso Polaroid Guestbook and a cute fabric backdrop! When I was talking to my mom’s friend about the project she volunteered herself and husband to help. I explained that I wanted two wood poles with a bar across the top to put two different fabrics as a photo backdrop. It seemed simple as that.
1. As an extra treat, Bob and Candy stained the wood and the couple added rings to the top. This was a complete surprise to me…but a good one!
2. This is an idea of what it would look like without the curtain hooks. The curtain hooks make it easier to move each backdrop from side to side.
3. Once the wind picked up, the metal washers sewn into the bottom were not heavy enough to keep it from blowing the fabric around. So at the last minute they added another piece of wood to go across the center. It helped 100%.
4. The couple who made this all possible. The look completed. The curtain hooks and and the wood across the middle so that it wouldn’t blow in the wind as much.
5. The yellow fabric I bought at Round Top Antique Show. It was marked for $25 and I told the lady at the booth that it was for my wedding and she said I could have it for $10…what a deal! The blue fabric I found on eBay on clearance. I spent around $14 with shipping. I had found a few other fabrics at Round Top, but I ended up using them for other projects around the house.
