DIY Ceremony Floral Arrangements |

Here is a picture of the two floral arrangements Mama Bud and I made for the ceremony. Our wedding venue is outdoors and we want to just have something by the outdoor “chapel” (a.k.a. open gazebo) to add some color.

Cream Vases = $9.99 each at IKEA
Orange and peach hydrangeas = $2.50 per stem at Michaels (that includes a 50% off sale months ago)
Calla Lilies = $2.50 per stem at Michaels (that includes a 50% off sale months ago)
Each vase has 7 orange/each hydrangeas and 1 calla lily
Each arrangement = $30
In order for the arrangement to not look so ‘blotchy” we pulled some petals off of the orange stems and replaced with peach and vice versa. By the time we were done, if you pulled one stem out of the vase, it would be multicolored and not just orange or not just peach. We also pulled off some green leaves and bent/adjusted the stems to open up the arrangement. The best part…they are serving as decorations in our dining room until the wedding! And when we’re done, they will go right back!
