When it came to wedding day shoes, I wanted something in a gold, or champagne, kind of vintage looking, maybe a flat, cute, but comfortable…you know!  (that’s exactly how I described it)  So this weekend I started my search by going to the Galleria in Houston.  I went to Aldo, Nine West, Macy’s, Saks, and then to Nordstrom.  At Nordstorm I found the most perfect color shoe.  They were a little pricey, but I know you get what you pay for.  I also know I would for sure wear them again.

I love them soo much, but…Today I went to the Cypress Outlet Mall with my bridesmaid Teri and we walked into the Cole Haan Outlet store and they told me they were giving 30% off all shoes.  Why not, right?  I immediately walked up to a pair of shoes that looked very similar to mine, but they had a strap across the front…and I liked them better.  They had more of a vintage feel to them and actually supported my feet a lot better!  So I bought them for $154 dollars cheaper!
