Dress You Up in My Love- Part 4 |

And now for the next step in my dress-buying saga! At this boutique they were very generous in letting us take photos. My mom took most of these and I apologize in advance for making funny faces– I didn’t know when she was taking them! This first one was from Alfred Sung’s Paradise line. I really liked the brooch at the hip and the corset back.

This next one was by Casablanca. I looked like Juggs McGee in this one! The lace was pretty and the cut was flattering, but I didn’t fall in love with it. Too traditional maybe?
This one was by French designer Cymbeline. The fabric was gorgeous and lighter than air, but the dress was above my price range. Plus it didn’t have a sweetheart neckline either.
I really liked this one, despite the fact that it is part of the Disney Bridal collection. (I love me some Disney movies, but I am not big on the princess vibe!) It was the only chiffon gown I tried that actually flattered me, and I was really digging the mermaid shape. It was definitely one of the beachier gowns that I tried and I’d put it in my top five overall.
This Paloma Blanca was another favorite. I really liked that the train/bow in the back was detachable and the low back made me feel sexy. A lot of the Canadian designers seemed to be in line with my tastes. However, my mom didn’t like it and kept saying it looked like my “boobies were in a basket.”
At this point I still had one more boutique to visit before I finally made a decision. Closer still!
