I had just 2 more interviews left to do back in January, and let’s just say, I used them as an excuse to go back to two of my favorite cities: Baw-ston! and New York City! The best part was Tuberose Dude came with me!! Since we were visiting during prime time snow season, I figured, why not preserve some of our memories professionally? Here was my list of must-takes while in Boston. I know that spring is near for most, but when I was an undergrad there, it snowed in April! If you’re lucky, you can still have some winter engagement pictures.

No snow day is complete without my favorite activity: making snow angels!!
Must-Take #2: Tufts Campus Pictures
Yay for our mascot: Jumbo!

Gorgeous Ballou Hall
Blakeley Hall: doesn’t it look like a scene right out of Harry Potter?
Since we are both local Hawaii kids who are simply fascinated with snow, maybe, just maybe, we’ll recreate a special Hawaii moment of mine.
Yes that’s me, holding the “Hawaii” sign when I was a senior. This time though, we’ll just wear our “Bride” and “Groom” t-shirts.

Must-Take #3: T-Pictures. Here are some subway pictures I found. Aren’t they great?!

Ah, the Boston Commons: one of our favorite places to chase squirrels and ducks!
Any special memorable spots you wanted to preserve and what must-takes did you have?

Great suggestions! We live in Boston and will be going all around the city with our photographer in the spring. Seeing that you went back to your old stomping grounds at Tufts, we’ll definitely be sure to head over to Northeastern since that is where we first started dating.
We also have a friend who is a photographer that has also been taking some pictures of us in the same spot in the Public Gardens during each season. That way, we can frame a picture of us in the same spot as the background changes from fall to winter to spring to summer. I highly recommend doing that to anyone that lives in a seasonal part of the country… or if you travel, you can just take a picture in different parts of the country that reflects the four seasons.
