We wanted an all-in-one location so we wouldn't have to arrange transportation or make people drive after the reception. We also wanted it downtown, since over half the guests are from out of town, and they could just take a shuttle from the airport and not have to rent a car. And surprisingly, the downtown locations had better packages and were more cost efficient than some of the venues out in the middle of nowhere. We think we found the perfect place for us.
