Wedding Dress Preservation Reservations |

Before I started looking for my perfect wedding dress, I used to think that after the wedding I would just donate it, sell it, or do something productive with it because I did not want to have that hanging in my closet for the next 30 years!
However, after going through the process and finding my dream dress I began to realize that it would be very hard to let go of it later…. I’m so in love with my dress that I want my wedding day to last forever just so that I can wear it. It took 6 months to make, and I waited patiently but now that it’s in my closet I cannot wait to wear it… and it would be so sad, so very sad to give it away after my special day
My friend who just got married a few months ago, had told me about the gown preservation kit she used for her dress and when I saw it I knew that’s what I wanted to do with mine. A few stores I checked out were charging over $400 but I found it online through David’s Bridal at a pretty good price of $189…. and it is now part of our Wedding Registry
I recommend this to anyone who wishes to preserve their dresses, it looks like a doll box.. so cute!
What are you doing with your dress?

After getting the dress cleaned and preserved, I put the box in my closet where it will sit for about 10 years until I open it and want to see if I can still fit into it.
Keeping your dress isn’t practical at all, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
